Is Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney completely uninformed or does he really believe what he is saying about the President?

He got every piece of legislation he wanted passed, and it didn't work. I think they want someone who has a different record, and I do.

Americans have lived through the hopeless gridlock in Washington where the Republican-controlled Congress has blocked Obama at every turn, prepared to strangle the economic recovery in a single-minded goal to turn Obama into a one-term President.

Just last month GOP senators blocked the No.1 item on the Obama's congressional "to-do-list," refusing to allow a vote on a bill that would give tax breaks for companies that "insource" jobs to the U.S. from overseas while eliminating tax deductions for companies that move jobs abroad.

The same think happened in 2011.  And again in 2010.

Has Romney been hopelessly out of touch with the Republican gridlock strategy of last four years?  Or is he simply spinning convenient lies and deceptions?
